I would like to commend Steve Macgregor for the sterling effort that he performed on my behalf with the recent sale of one of my properties. I met Steve and Katie on site and we discussed the options with regards to the selling of the property. I was happy to accept Steve`s recommendation that we put the property up for auction. The pros and cons were explained to me in a fashion that I was able to understand. Steve did explain that he would be actively marketing the property prior to the auction date. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when a week later Steve telephoned to say that an offer would be sent through in the next couple of days. The offer was sent and a week later we had agreed on a purchase price. The documentation was formalized and the paperwork duly sent to the lawyers. I would like to thank Steve most sincerely for the diligent manner in which he conducted the whole process. In the current market one has to be realistic and Steve at all times kept me informed about other sales in the area in order to make comparisons. Steve always returned my calls when required even if it were out of normal working hours. The whole process was painless and I would without doubt engage Steve to assist with any sales in the future.
